PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Rapid assigns a program manager to each job, whether it is one mold or thirty molds. They are the day-to-day technical liaison to resolve engineering and schedule issues. Customers are kept fully advised that their project is on schedule and the product will meet specifications. Our program managers provide the day-to-day communications. Detailed weekly progress reports and digital photos can be provided, depending on the customer's requirements.
