Rapid Production Tooling has built a reputation of designing and fabricating quality tooling under condensed schedules. Assisting and guiding customers through their product development ever since our inception in 1997. We are located in Berthoud, Colorado approximately 50 miles north of Denver.

Our company has evolved into four facilities, comprised of:

1. Large Tooling, Engineering and Project Management

2. Small and medium size tooling

3. Mold base and initial machining

4. Mold processing and sampling

We design injection molds and program machinery with modern computer hardware and software. Utilizing a paperless environment, our facilities are networked together allowing each employee access to a single database. Toolmakers fabricate molds with advanced CNC machining centers, EDM machines and NC grinders. Equipped with a full array of 3R EDM holders, CNC tool holders and our own custom fixtures. They are able to standardize set-ups and processes in all aspects of fabrication. All of this means fewer set-ups and the ability to run lights-out unattended more frequently. Consequently, we are able to serve your business with the quality, schedule and price performance that today's market demands.
