We view program management as one of, if not the most important, element of any tooling program. Our program management staff, domestic and offshore, provides the direct line of communication to our design team, engineers, toolmakers and process technicians. It’s the critical piece of the customer service that ultimately provides you with the quality, cost competitive and on time tool you demand and makes a customer a repeat customer.

Rapid assigns a program manager to each job, whether it is one mold or thirty molds. They are the day to day technical liaison to resolve engineering and scheduling issues. Customers are kept fully advised that the progress and expectations of their project is on schedule and the product will meet specifications. Our program managers provide day to day communication, detailed weekly progress reports, and digital photos if desired, for our customers.
