Equipment

 

Design and manufacture of precision, quality injection molds is the business at Rapid. Single cavity, multiple cavity, hot runner, cam and unscrewing actions, from the simple to the complex, are all areas of expertise for our staff.


Our CAD design and CAM programming capabilities utilize the latest computer software and manufacturing hardware. All are combined in a fully networked, paperless environment.

 

Rapid is equipped with a full array of 3R ® tooling, CNC holders, and our own custom fixtures which are used to standardize set-ups and processes in the CNC, EDM and grinding departments.


With fewer set-ups, and the ability to run lights out unattended more frequently, we are able to serve your business with the quality, schedules, and price performance that today’s market demands.
